What you should be reading

So for this week's reading, I decided on The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time. I know what you're thinking if you've seen the cover of this book. Why is the dog on the cover of this book upside down? Don't worry there is a perfectly good reason. The main character, Christopher John Francis Boone, has Autism (although Mark Haddon, the author, denies that it's specifically Aspergers) and he's a mathematical genius. It's amazing the relationships he's able to identify when it comes to numbers, but of course he has problems with relationships when it comes to humans. Haddon does an awesome job when writing this novel. He says that he is not an expert on this subject, but while reading it's very clear he's done some in depth research. All praises aside, this novel is a pretty good mystery novel. Boone is trying to figure out who killed a neighbors dog and during his investigations he comes across all kinds of things; ultimately finding the answer to something that will leave your jaw on the ground.
