This week I have been spending money that I don’t have on CD’s—it’s a sad obsession and my music collection needed updating. Anyway, one of the artists I came across this week was Esperanza Spalding: just a girl with great vocals and a a jazz bass. Although most of her stuff is AMAZING, this week I’ve decided to feature “ Little Fly”. She takes a poem by Blake and sets it to music!!!! I could rave forever, but I’d prefer you check her out yourself.
