I'm Resolved

Can you hear that?  That’s the sound of Kanye’s “New Workout Plan” playing in the background.  Just stepped off the scale and must admit, it ain’t pretty.  So game plan?  Hit the gym today!  Maybe in a few months I’ll “pull me a baller man.”

  1. Dear Lady A. Along with exercising you can try something esoteric and something mundane to augment your regimen.
I've read some claims from successful weight losers to the effect that slimness is a state of mind. If you want to be svelte you must visualize yourself as an awesome goddess.
That will do it for the esoteric and
for the mundane, (this has worked for me) one
strategy is to eat pineapple. As odd as this may seem, pineapple fills you up and keeps you feeling full for extraordinary periods.
To that you can add drinking a glass of water before every meal. Personally, I've found that practically eliminating all pork products and red meat, plus eating more veggies and fruits and whole grains (no processed wheat) is of surprising help.
Coupled with a robust exercise workout, every other day (you must give your body a chance to recover), you should see encouraging results.
That alternate day exrcise plan is what the dedicated body builders follow.

  3. Lady A, it's a known fact that fiber from vegetables and some fruits like pineapples or strawberries, fill you up, but have little fat from calories. Just about any fruit is loaded with antioxidants to keep free radicals from harming your body. Whole wheat is a good source of iron, believe it or not. Refined flour may be fun to eat, but is as beneficial as cotton candy.
