I've recently noticed the correlation between post grad life and one's social life. The more years that past once you leave school, the less new friends you meet. I have a few friends (all great people I met in school) I still get together with and love like family...but what about some variety? Out there somewhere is someone who's schedule is 100% in synch with mine who can hang out when I can so that I don't have to spend another Friday night home...I don't even have kids...I should be living the sex in the city life, right?
Well, I was sick of the rut and decided to join one of those meetup groups. I'm looking through the list right now to see which on speaks to me...I'll let you know how my first meet up goes.
